So here we are in week 2 of my 2016 journey. The children are getting bored and we have a few weeks – did I say weeks? – left of the holidays. Luckily this week is action packed again. I have been loving spending time in my garden. So much to do and so little time. I can’t tell you how rewarding it is to finally be able to plant some plants like lavender, and a few herbs and my favourite Gardenia. It was our first fairly quiet week and I for one was thankful for a bit of downtime. I also watch in amazement daily as my eldest daughter transforms before my eyes. I wish I could stop this clock. Please don’t forget to see what the rest of the ladies have been up to – here is ALICIA’s week.
Day 6 – Summer fruit from the local orchards
Day 7 – Playing tv games
Day 8 – Skate park
Day 9 – A quiet glass of chilled wine on a Saturday afternoon after a hard days work in the garden. I just love this warm light.
Day 10 – Apples in a bowl
Day 11 – testing out the light at the park for something exciting I have planned for my little business.
Day 12 – More gardening. Lots of cleaning up to be done
